Group personal training at TopFitness Gym is an excellent way to boost your regular training routine. These sessions are great for training at a higher intensity, pushing you past your boundaries to build your stamina and increase your energy levels. Group fitness also provides an exciting and energetic atmosphere that’s fun for everyone, regardless of your fitness level.
We do not have a rigid timetable, the trainers set their own times with their customers in mind, working to schedule in sessions based on demand and bookings.

Also available to our members is our Fitness on Demand studio. This provides you with access to hundreds of virtual reality classes, from varying styles and degrees of difficulty, whenever you want them. Train solo or with friends and never experience a wasted gym session again.
